I am a registered and accredited therapeutic counsellor of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working with individuals and couples in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and West London. I am insured and hold an enhanced DBS certificate for adults and children. My broad practice has involved working in the charity sector, volunteer sector and privately. I have over 6 years experience working for a Mental Health charity, I have worked in various schools as a school counsellor, Peer support for a postnatal women’s group, volunteered for a youth agency and domestic violence agency.

I also work with a team of professionals in an independent Clinic that offers complementary therapies and health related services. In my private office space, I have a wide and diverse range of clients from different cultures, heritages, and experiences. I can offer counselling sessions in English, Hindi, and Urdu Language.
